Hanzhong, the birthplace of Han culture, integrates Han culture and history into the splendid mountains and rivers of the fantastic landscape around. Known for its historical culture and beautiful unique natural ecological environment, Hanzhong has been reconstructed as one of the Chinese showcase cities.
With the intention to realize the China dream of the Chinese Nation, to carry forward the Chinese culture, to create an outstanding environment in combination with sculptural works herewith the organization team invites to send sculptural entries. Chinese and international Sculptors, sculpture companies, design companies, freelance designers, art design teams, teachers and students of colleges (majored in sculpture and relates) are highly invited.

（II）Creative requires
1.Creation Themes：
（1）The origin of Han culture---The Myth and Epic of Chinese nation
（2）The prosperity of Han culture---The civilization and history of Han culture
（3）Han characters---The aestheticism and art of Han culture
（4）Styles of Han---The customs and folk life of Han Dynasty
The design size of the sculpture should be less than fivemeters, both sculptures, public arts and urban furniture which are accord with the themes are permissible.
2.Works types：
All the competitors should offer design drafts of works. Each pixel of design sketch should be not lower than 2400×1800 (A3 paper), four design sketches are needed, including the frontage, reverse side, two flanks and different perspectives.All the works should give clear indication of author, the tittle of works, size, texture, literal statement of creativity. Besides, if the submitted works are assembled design works, then installation drawing are needed.
The top 100 winners should supply the sculptures models with the size between 40cm to 100cm to the specified place before August 12, 2017.
3. Work requires：All the works submitted must be original works. The author should take all the legal liabilities if any disputes caused by the supplied works, such as copyright issue. If this dispute happened, the winner should return bonus and honor certificate.

All the people or teams who love sculpture art in world-wide are wanted. Each applicant or team can vote one or more work plan.

2. Works show：
All the recruited works will be displayed together on sculpture online and the official website. All the participants who take part in this activity should agree to publish, display and accept appraise in public at the official website.
3.Finalappraisal of expert：
The expert jury will finally evaluate the shortlisted 200 works. There are four prizes which are respectively 1st, 2nd, 3rd, excellent award and prize for shortlisted works.

Second Prizes: 15 people, Bonus: 100,000 RMB
Third prizes: 30 people, Bonus: 50,000 RMB
Excellence prizes: 50 people, Bonus: 35,000 RMB
Finalist prizes: 100 people, Bonus: 10,000 RMB
All the winners and institutions will get the certificates issued by theorganizers.

All the materials should send to the specified E-mail box from today to June 20, 2017. Lack of one or several materials of collection works will be deemed unqualified work
2.The organizing committee reserves the right to check the qualification ofcandidates.If the candidates do not have the qualifications stated, or make a false statement in qualification applying, then the organizing committee reserves the right to cancel their qualifications or awards unilaterallyin any stage.
（VI （I）Instruction of right attribution, expense and rules
1. Right attribution：Theownership of award-winning works are belong to HanzhongXinghan Culture Tourism Investment Group which has the right to enlarge making one of the works, and locate it in the public for displaying permanently.
2．Expense：All the applicants should undertake the relative costs of this activity, taxes of bonuses. The institutions of host and organizing pay no charges to the applicantsprizeless. They pay no other expenses except bonuses.
3．Rules description:after the works submission, the applicants are regarded the agreement that the host and organizers have the rights of works’ publicity, displaying, recommend and implement, ect. All the applicants are deemed to accept all the contexts in this document, no need to confirm in written or other ways.
